Refund / Exchange Policy

This Refund/Exchange Policy applies to the Madhura.shop

1, Request for return or exchange must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery.

2, Return or exchange will only be accepted for products that are damaged or if you received the wrong product
(different from what you ordered).

3, The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached, and with all packing materials,
courier receipt, invoice, and other relevant papers.

Additionally, please note that if you wish to return a product due to personal preference or for a full refund
without an exchange, a return pickup charge of 100/- Rs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Policy:

1, Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

2, After 12 hours and once the order is processed, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

3, However, return is possible for all orders or products.
